The FIRST day of the new school year has come and gone. McKay and Sydney were both really excited to go to school. We met their teachers at back-to-school night and were very impressed with both. Should be a great year... Without Syd and McKay, Hailey and I are pretty lonely. Hailey misses everyone and I have to admit it's pretty quiet around here. Kind of sad! But we are able to get a lot done and errands are very easy with just 1 kid!
To help pass a little time, I signed Hailey up for dance. This week was her FIRST dance class. She had a ball! It was kind of funny to see soooo many of the other little girls in her class cry and cling to their moms. Hailey wanted nothing to do with me! She and her best little friend, Sadie, followed Miss Shelia right into class and never looked back. I peeked in a couple of times and Hailey looked like she was loving every minute of it. They dressed up as Aerial from The Little Mermaid, they danced with hula-hoops, and danced to Teddy Bear's Picnic with stuffed bears...not to mention that class always ends with a little tea party complete with fruit snacks and Hailey's fav. - "GOLDFISHIES"! She was in heaven at dance and it was fun to watch.

Love your blog. . . it is a way to keep in touch with what is going on in your life. Wish we saw more of your darling family.
